Half cook chevon minced meat in presser cooker with salt and tumeric or cooked cutted meat
Heat rice cooker or non stick kadai
Add oil in pan
Add clove,cardamom,Cinnamom fry for min.
Add ginger garlic paste upto it turn brown fry well.
Add powders cumin and fennal fry for min.
Then add green chilli and mint leaf. fry leaf up to it shrink.
Add onion fry upto it colour change
Add tomoto and salt and fry with it.
Finally add chilli powder, biriyani masala, and tumeric fry for a min
Then add half cooked miced meat
Upto meat cook fry well. if Water required add little more to cook meat. off stove when it turns to gravy form.
Minced meat biriyani gravy is ready mix with cooked basmathi rice and enjoy yum yum biriyani
